Where is the official site for the MIX10 conference?
Go to live.visitmix.com for registration, accomodation information and the official schedule.

What is the MIX10 iPhone app?
The app lets you browse the Conference Schedule, Sessions, Speakers and 'star' the ones you want to see. My Schedule will always show your favorites list and the What's On page will list the current and next sessions for easy reference.

Is the code Open Source?
Unfortunately the code for MIX10.app isn't Open Source at this time, however it is based on previously published code which you are free to modify as you wish. The conference app code for Monospace09 and PDC09 is available on github. There are various blog posts about the code on conceptdev's blog (about PDC09, about Monospace and two more mini-posts on CoreLocation and animation.)
Parts of MIX10.app utilise Miguel's MonoTouch.Dialog framework and he has posted the Celebrity Spotter source for reference.

How does it work?
The MIX team have provided an API for session data which MIX10.app uses to keep session info up-to-date on your iPhone.
Other elements of the application such as the map locations are downloaded from mix10.confapp.com, the News section is pulled from the MIX10 News RSS feed and the Twitter feed comes straight from Twitter.
